Moneycounters4U provides customers with peace of mind with its 14-Day Money-back Guarantee.

It can be difficult to be sure that an item is suitable when buying something over the Internet because you can't touch and hold it. Moneycounters4U therefore offers all of its customers a 14-day money back guarantee. If within 14 days of receiving your money counter, you decide that the money counter is not the one for you, we will refund you in full, minus any delivery charges.

To receive this, the money counter or money counters, must be in an unused condition. The packaging and contents must be complete. You must ensure that the goods are not damaged whilst in transit to us and so we recommend that goods be sent back in their original packaging.

Money counters received in a faulty or incomplete state will be returned back to you and delivery charges to do this will also be charged. We retain the right to deduct 15% off of the original invoice price.

When you contact us within 14 days of delivery to ask for a refund, we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number, which will remain valid for 14 days. You must include this number with the returned goods so that we can process it efficiently. If you do not do this, it may take us longer to process the returned package and the RMA number may no longer be valid. Returning the money counters is at the customers' cost.

This is in accordance with the Distance Selling (Consumer Protection) Regulations.
